Why should you rent with us?  We have a hassle free process for booking the reservation and for customer check in.  Our terms are straight forward and reasonable. From the moment you place an inquiry for availability or to ask general questions about the property, we will respond to you expeditiously and offer you friendly assistance.  We pledge that all information in this web site is current, accurate, and represents the vacation house that is being offered to you.  The following are the main terms and conditions for renting this property:

1.  Payment Method:  Cashiers Check, personal check, or money order (mailing instructions will be provided once reservations are made).

2.  Security Deposit:  $250.00 refundable security deposit.  Will be returned within one week of departure after house is inspected for damages.  Guests are expected to take good care of the house and furnishings and return the house in the condition found upon check in.

3.  Maximum Occupants:  The three beds accommodate a maximum of six adults.  The total number of guests must be disclosed at the time of booking and shall not exceed that number specified.  If additional persons join the party, the property owner must be notified and an additional charge of $35 dollars per person will be charged prior to or at check in.

4.  Guest Behavior:  This is a quiet residential community. Please be courteous and do not disturb residents. Guests are expected to comply with the Bajamar Home Owners association rules. 5.  Check in Time: 4:00 pm (if you have different requirement, discuss with owner).

6.  Check out Time: 12:00 pm (if you have different requirement, discuss with owner).

7.  No smoking allowed inside house

8.  No pets allowed inside house
